Single-Story Purchases
You may request a refund for a single-story purchase within 7 days of the transaction if you have not read beyond the free preview chapters (typically the first 5 chapters). To request a refund, email billing@novelverse.app with your account email and the title of the story.
Subscriptions
NovelVerse Unlimited subscription payments are non-refundable. When you cancel, your access continues through the end of your current billing period and you will not be charged again. You can cancel at any time from your Account page.
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Disputed Charges
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We can typically resolve billing issues faster than the formal dispute process and want to make things right.
